Welcome to the Charlotte Convention & Visitors Bureau. We can assist in making your visit more enjoyable with guide books and information on accommodations, attractions, tours, dining, shopping, meeting and convention facilities. This is our main office on Stonewall Street. We also provide information about Charlotte at INFO Charlotte, a high tech marketing information center. You'll find brochures, visitor maps, plus helpful friendly advice on what to see and do in the area.
INFO Charlotte, located at 330 South Tryon Street (at the corner of 2nd and Tryon Street) is a joint operation of the Charlotte Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. It is open Mon.-Fri. 8:30am-5:00pm, Sat. 10:00am-4:00pm, Sun. 1:00pm-4:00pm or call (704) 331-2700 or 1- 800-231-4636.
INFO Charlotte features a Wonder Wall, an interactive CDI video magazine at information kiosks linked to nine television disc- plays where visitors can view and print out information on the region. A photographic timeband of history in Charlotte will allow you to discover what made Charlotte what it is today. Watch a selection of videos on the region in the theater. A wide assortment of souvenirs, sports memorabilia and gift items are available.
If you are planning a meeting or convention in Charlotte, our knowledgeable convention sales staff can expertly handle all the details. Our new state-of-the-art convention center, hotels and unique venues and meeting facilities can accommodate a variety of meeting needs.
